The vehicle features a modified version of the McLaren 720S’ twin-turbocharged V8 engine, called the M840TR, delivering 800 PS at 7,250 rpm and 590 lb-ft of torque at 5,500 rpm to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. With its dry weight of just 1,198 kg, the Senna achieves a maximum power-to-weight ratio of 667 PS per ton, and it does not use an electric motor, unlike its predecessor, the P1.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that the Senna is largely based on the McLaren 720S, using a modified version of its carbon fiber monocoque and engine.
